Dion has been training since 3/06. He
is attaining his goals by following a
healthy nutrition program, and strength
training 3 times a week doing basic
compound movements.
His Body fat has went from 16.7% to
13%, and he has gained 8.6lbs of
muscle.
Dion also likes to run 5k and 10k
races, golfs and plays softball several
times a week.

I want to say thank you for all your help these first three months I’ve been
training with you.  You pushed me to limits that I would never have achieved on
my own.  Because of this, I’ve lost 3.7% body fat in the first three months
working with you, and looking to loose some more.  I know with your continued
help and motivation that I will soon be at my goal of 11% body fat.  Your easy
going personality makes it a pleasure to come to the gym and I look forward to
continuing with you for months to come
